Product Overview
Rotation Gear with Rotor Lock Tandem is a worm wheel based precision gearhead which have been specifically developed for the most demanding servo-applications where accuracy, stifness, and reliability are needed. The compact gearbox offers high output torque of 221 Nm at 2800 RPMs and comes with pre-designed coupling interfaces for easy integration, the 72mm diameter pinion gear of this gearbox is made up of hardened & temperd SAE4340 material and designed as per DIN3962,3963 & 867 which ensures high stiffness, high torque transmission capability and durability for long service life. Medium backlash of the gearbox helps & aid in accurate positioning of the mechanism. The assembly also comes with a Yellow painted 6 mm thick SAE 1008-1020 grade Steel rotor tandem lock. This gearbox assembly uses RoHS compliant parts and is compatible with D630, D670 Gantry which are used in GE's PET/CT systems.The material will be shipped in suitable packaging to give adequate protection during transit.
